Pre-opening assets

Reflecting on the preopening phase of Public Hospitality's new hotel in South Bondi:

I am proud of the collaborative effort and strategic planning that went into this project, even though the asset never opened.

Working closely with my marketing manager, we partnered with the design team to shape the hotel's aesthetic and ensure it resonated with the vibrant, beachside culture of South Bondi. This involved numerous brainstorming sessions and design reviews to align every detail with our brand ethos. Simultaneously, the social media team and I developed a strategy to build anticipation from the public for the hotel's opening.

Despite our thorough preparation and the excitement generated, the asset never opened. However, the experience demonstrated the power of effective collaboration, strategic marketing, and meticulous planning. It remains a testament to our ability to curate a comprehensive and engaging opening portfolio, ready for future opportunities.
