I am proud of the innovative approach we took to create a memorable and engaging experience for our customers. The idea of a jewellery heist was a creative leap, designed to captivate and intrigue our audience.

We kicked off the campaign with a mysterious teaser: “Word around town… something is about to go down. Sign up to our mailing list for members-only access to our Black Friday Sale @ the Avant Museum.” This message effectively built anticipation and drove significant sign-ups, expanding our EDM database.

A key highlight was the introduction of the ‘Golden Ticket’ giveaway. The chance to win a $1000 voucher added an element of excitement and exclusivity being only available to those signed up to our newsletter, which greatly boosted engagement and participation.
