Reflection on Avant Studio's 4th Birthday Celebration:
I am thrilled to reflect on the creation and execution of Avant Studio's 4th Birthday celebration, a project that I, envisioned and brought to life with immense enthusiasm. The event was not just a celebration of our journey but a vibrant fusion of health, wellness, and community spirit, in collaboration with Sydney’s dynamic pilates studio, Body by Berner.
The idea stemmed from my passion for bringing together women to celebrate femininity and shared values of self-love and expression. I wanted the event to be more than just a birthday gathering; it had to be an experience that resonated with our community's ethos. This vision led to the collaboration with Body by Berner, where the focus was on promoting wellness and movement, essential elements of self-care.
The preparation involved reaching out to several friends of Avant Studio who generously contributed to our luxe goodie bags. Each attendee received a Birthday Box valued at over $500, featuring amazing brands like Raie Eyewear, Alpha-H, frank green, and Seoul Tonic. Curating these boxes was a meticulous process, ensuring that each item reflected our commitment to quality and self-care.
The celebration extended beyond the studio. Partnering with Raie Eyewear, we hosted a delightful event at the iconic Harry’s Cafe in Bondi, where we treated locals to complimentary coffees and jewellery. The overwhelming turnout, with lines wrapping around the corner, was a testament to the community's enthusiasm and support.
Bringing these consecutive activations to life was an exhilarating journey from concept to execution. Every detail, from the luxe goodie bags to the community engagement at Harry’s Cafe, was so rewarding.

To ensure the success of Avant Studio's 4th Birthday celebration, I developed and executed a comprehensive social strategy that maximised engagement, reached our target audience, and created a lasting buzz around the event. Teaser Campaigns: I initiated a series of teaser posts across our social media platforms, hinting at the upcoming celebration and collaborations. This included sneak peeks of the luxe goodie bags, behind-the-scenes shots of our planning process, and countdown graphics to build anticipation.
Collaborative Announcements: Partnering with Body by Berner and our featured brands like Raie Eyewear, Alpha-H, frank green, and Seoul Tonic, we co-created content to announce the event. These collaborations amplified our reach by tapping into the followers of each brand.
